Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Membership subscriptions are month by month, no contract, no obligations. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Obviously, we hope that you will love 401kpower and won’t want to leave (-:
Can I use the recommendations after my subscription is over?
Yes. Recommendations are yours forever.
Can I make an additional appointment if needed?
Yes, you can purchase additional time for your existing appointments or set up an additional time to speak with a specialist for an additional fee.
Remember you consults do not roll into the next anniversary so as old saying goes “use it or lose it!”
Can I access other levels of the membership?
Your membership is based on the amount of assets you own in your 401k,403b, 457 etc.
We customized you advice based on that principal however if you have a particular need and it doesn’t fit, ask our support specialists and we can point you in the right direction.
Do you have an affiliate program?
We currently don’t have a formal affiliate program however contact us and we’ll talk further to see if there’s a way we might be able to help each other.
Is this a secure site for purchases?
Absolutely! We work with Paypal which guarantees your safety and security. All site communication and data transfer are secured and encrypted.256-bit AES and SSL/TLS encryption are used for this purpose.
Where can I sign up?
You can sign up in our secure area , choose the membership level that applies to you and have immediate access to our articles videos and other content.
The site allows you to access as much content as you want for your level and articles from the Blog as well.
How do I access a consultation with a 401kpower specialist?
After you created an account, there will be a welcome video and link to give you instructions on how to set up an appointment via Skype or the Telephone.
Please remember to complete the appropriate paperwork and return it to us before you set up that appointment. (No appointments will be honored until this is complete)
Will unused Appointments rollover?
No. Any unused appointments won’t roll over to the next year or anniversary.

Do you offer non-profit or corporate rates?
We do offer special pricing for profit, non-profit organizations and causes.

Do you save credit card details?
No. Absolutely not. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers. The information goes directly from your computer to our payment service provider.
